Job Description: Are you an experienced paving foreman who knows how to run a crew and keep jobs moving? This role is for someone who leads by example, handles problems on the fly, and takes pride in quality work.
As a Paving Foreman, you’ll manage daily job site operations, coordinate materials and equipment, and make sure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. Key Responsibilities: Direct daily job site operations and crew activities. Set up jobs and assist with measurements and layout (painting out). Coordinate material delivery from asphalt plants and manage equipment logistics. Manage outside trucking when used. Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Performing a final walk through with the customer when a project is completed. Conduct on-site problem-solving and quality control inspections. Screed Operating and the ability to operate other equipment when necessary. Example – Skid steers, rollers, walk behind saws, plate compactors, etc.

Qualifications: 5+ years of industry-related experience in asphalt paving is required. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Strong knowledge of paving equipment and maintenance needs. Ability to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Asphalt Recovery & Paving LLC specializes in Paving, however other services provided are; excavation, base rock preps, grading driveways and trucking.
